We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible, so please be aware of our Terms & Conditions

  • You can arrive at the property any time after 3pm and depart by 10am.
  • The party leader must be 18 years or over when the booking is made.
  • The party leader is responsible for all payments due to the owner of Tyndrum Self Catering.
  • Properties are left in a good state of repair. Any excessive damage will be invoiced to the party leader.
  • The deposit paid to secure the booking is non refundable.
  • Our holiday properties are non smoking and would appreciate your consideration.
  • The balance has to be paid 4 weeks before arrival date. For properties that are booked less than 4 weeks before arrival, payment has to be made in full, by cheque or bank transfer or cash.
  • Well behaved pets are welcome at most of our properties, but on the condition that they are kept off the furniture and beds, and any dog foulings are picked up from the gardens.
  • Please do not leave pets unattended in the property.
  • Neither the owner nor the company expect to have any changes to your booking, but if this does happen, we will contact the party leader by phone as soon as possible you will be offered similar alternative property. If this is unacceptable a full refund will be made by the company.
  • Your booking is made as a consumer and you agree that no liability can be accepted by the owner or the company for any expenses, costs, losses or claims howsoever suffered or incurred by you while staying in the holiday property.
  • If you have left anything in the property and wish for it to be sent back to you, there will be a minimum charge of £5.00.
If you should be dissatisfied with any aspect of the property on arrival please notify the owner immediately and we will endeavour to rectify the matter as soon as possible. Anything reported after departure can not be considered.
